The previous site had gaps in Canadian-specific content and inconsistent French localization. The challenge was to create a relevant, coherent bilingual presence within a fixed AEM platform and design system.

01

Shape the first draft

Using the content structure I had established and the internal material provided by each stakeholder team, I produced the initial copy for every page, deciding what belonged, what needed clarification and how the story should work within Deloitte’s existing components.

02

Lead the review

Each draft became the working document for review. I led feedback cycles with page owners, consolidated comments, clarified open questions and revised the content through approval.

03

Adapt and publish

Once the English content was approved, I coordinated the French adaptation, checked hierarchy and content parity, then implemented and QA’d both versions in AEM.

The homepage, Marketing domain and Government Industry pages show the Canadian content within Deloitte’s existing visual components.

Canadian homepage

A Canadian homepage within the global platform.

The layout uses Deloitte’s pre-existing design language and AEM components. My contribution was the Canadian content and its implementation within those constraints.

French adaptation

One page. Two complete publishing paths.

French required its own adaptation and checks for meaning, tone and completeness. The paired homepage captures show both published language versions.

The scope covered Home, seven Industries, six Alliances, seven Domains, Front Office Advantage and AI Transformation. Marketing and Government show two distinct subjects within that structure.
