The challenge

What looked like a series of event touchpoints was really one experience waiting to be connected.

Invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations and follow-ups were often handled as separate moments.

The opportunity was to make each moment lead naturally to the next for executive audiences, with less friction at every step, while working within Deloitte-approved platforms and existing technology constraints.

What I led

Designing the experience behind every touchpoint.

Strategy · Experience design · CRM architecture · Creative execution

  1. 01Campaign strategy and journey design
  2. 02Audience and segmentation planning
  3. 03Creative execution, landing pages and forms
  4. 04CRM architecture, confirmations and follow-up
  5. 05Measurement and tracking where attributable

The journey

From separate moments to one connected journey.

Each interaction had a different job. Its value came from what it set up next. Together, the five moments became one continuous audience experience.

From journey to repeatable model

The value was in the structure between the parts.

Once the parts worked as one, the same logic could be reused across different events, partners and formats without rebuilding the experience from scratch.

Zoomforth handled event landing pages, while Account Engagement managed forms, registration and automation. The available AEM setup could not support the required Account Engagement form integration, so the journey was designed around Deloitte-approved technology rather than an idealized stack.

Flagship executions

One model.

The structure stayed consistent while each campaign adapted to its audience, format and event context.
